I also believe he backed his moving truck too close to the house and smashed the gutter....In the future see if you can get a security deposit that is more than one month's rent.

I'm fortunate enough to know a few wealthy investors that came from nothing and once i can prove competence to myself and the bank stops forking over money I'm going to see if they are interested.My wife and I work full time and I just did something I swore I'd never do and got another dump truck.

The units are located in a strip mall w/a grocery store as the main tenant and smaller pads w/fast food restaurants & other local businesses. 

Could put anything out at the curb and they would take up to a ton with a large scooper truck.
