I think the New England coast will continue to outpace many other metro areas in for job & population growth in the next 10+ years.

A good investor agent using a good team, will tell you off the top of their head in 3 seconds every neighborhood by class, risk profile, and be able to evaluate asset condition as well.Your job is to pick a strategy...

Location is critical, so look for areas with job growth and strong rental demand.

Both are just jobs, not RE investing.

STR is a business/ job  .. if your looking for that I guess its OK.. but if you want more passive with stellar returns..
