As a landlord, your job is to use logic and history to screen people, which often means disappointing people.

It was a huge disappointment.

Not huge, but with the appreciation and debt pay down (15 year mortgages) I am not too disappointed.

In these 2 instances I have found that the guests were more happy to have a host who was responsive and involved than they were disappointed about any potential issues with the property.

@Shelby WillittsI have......you can be charged alot t of fees for transactions, and if you are used to buying stocks,mutual funds and ETFs in your 401k it can be disappointing along with the service being slow..

This is a huge misconception and disappointment to many newer investors out there.

It's just disappointing when you get collateral and have to spend an extra $50-80 each for additional assignments that the seller should have done and paid.
