Unless these folks are the money managers for a money laundering scheme designed to clean blocks of cash with large denominations and private party placement and don't care about 5% US Bond scrutiny (sovereign wealth comes to mind), my first thought when I saw the 3% interest rate was skepticism.

You need to make sure the policy/coverage you get is designed for this use and not a standard homeownes policy.The Lawyer and the town can give you an idea of the Modifications you may be required to make due to:- ADA compliance- Fire Code Compliance- other Laws/Ordiances that may be triggered when you move away from a Residential to a Commercial exposure

I was just trying to see if there was anything on the market thats simple to plug and play especially with offer templates designed and already integrated to send out as blind offers.For lead gen I do run an agency so generating buyer leads wont be an issue.

property radar does this on the west coast .. not sure if they have gotten to the east coast yet.its a paid for subscription but its uber powerful with many many features and notice of defaults are one of them.
