No other major hurdles other than some weeks it's definitely a side job, getting new guests in, providing great customer service, cleaning/fixing the property.

I would just use what is easiest for your customer and know it is part of doing business.

Open your search up to other counties and cities but be careful as you go far North and West as those markets are very different than Montville in terms of customer preference and the properties themselves (some have cesspool/septic)

From a swooping roof line to a custom metal awning, this home has major curb appeal but it doesn't stop there!

In the long run you will make more and have better tenants (and an easier life in general) if you handle your tenants as the customers they are.  

I felt that they were more in it for them on the return and just trying to make a sale, rather then keeping the customers needs a priority.

My husband and I have been running a heating and AC biz for over 3 years now, we do it all; commercial, residential, new construction, equipment replacements, custom duct design & fabrication, service, maintenance, repairs...

He works for the State of Michigan as the head of the parole office or something like that, and is retiring in Brown County in a custom cabin they are building.

Sometimes your plumber may be dealing with other customers and it may take 2-3 days just to get to you.
