Hi Jasmine,A DSCR cash out refinance sounds like the best product for this.You can vest in an LLC and most DSCR lenders do not report on your personal credit report!

I currently have 5 properties; 7 units. (1 office building, 2 duplexes, and 2 single family homes) I am currently pulling a line of credit out of my office building and will be using that to purchase a 6th property.

It is a line of credit, that's why it won't escrow for RE Taxes. 

The trade off was you couldn't apply to a 4 year college but this was a way for kids to get the math credit they needed for a diploma. 

Set up a working line of credit.  

After posting on the zillow, do I show the property to only those tenants whose credit/criminal and other background checks out?

Verifying last 2 years of rental history very important!

I'm scouring my history and can't seem to find the podcast where they talked about this. 

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?
