Was looking at projections today based on rate cut cycles and chances are we could see rates drop into the high 4's/low 5's in the next couple of years on average (that's based on previous cycles and a decreasing spread between the 10yr and mortgage rates).

When looking for a good house hack I consider a couple things. 1.

A couple meetings that may be of interest to check out:  REWI and CJREI. 

That coupled with a 5-10% seller carry could get you where you need to be.

Reinforcing a couple of points here.

Furniture covers as I said, a couple of food and water bowls, a mat for those as well.We also have cheap towels we bought for around 2 bucks.

But many travel med profs travel as a couple, with their families, with a pet(s), and they want or need extra space to spread out.

I tend to give it a look over every couple of months, and found this great opportunity.
