In my opinion, a wholesalers profit should be determined last in the MAO formula when concluding if a deal is worthy.However, I want to know how much profit margin a wholesaler should typically leave an end investor buyer?     

Thanks @Andrew Halbert, but I read recently that the best deals through MLS are rare since they'd either been on the market for awhile or the many investors who looked at the property while off market concluded that it wasn't a good deal. 

However, the seller agent told us that the seller had to file chapter 7,  and the process was just concluded yesterday.

I concluded that money was being spent on the property that didn't necessarily NEED to be spent.

To conclude, maybe you're looking at the wrong deals?
