Complete interior paint. 

It's a pretty light job, needs new flooring, interior and exterior paint, resurfacing the kitchen cabinets, counter tops, landscaping and a few other minor things, doors, trim, broken toilet, ect. 

I cleaned up all of the garbage and junk throughout the home, painted a few walls, and put new carpet in.

In 2016 I got this one, put less than 5K in it to redo some floors and paint. 

I am looking at a 60 day rehab with most of the code violations being addressed.Here are the violations:-housing violations: roof, peeling paint, vent screen-fallen tree branches-THIS IS HORRIBLE!

When the appraiser came back dinging paint that needed to be touched up and glass that needed to be replaced, we spend 6 hours there and knocked everything out before the weather changed too much.

Install new cabinets or sand and paint the existing one.

The backyard needed to be cleaned out and a fresh coat of paint goes a long way!

If it's gutters or painting the outside something that's going to cause noise or take a bit of time I'll give them a couple of days heads up.

I buy from neighboring towns he does not invest in and get the properties low enough it makes sense to take the risk on buying without inside access or utility on.If you assume its paint and polish, you will get burned.
