I have used "rent a center" as well as picked up discount furniture and home good knick knacks from discount stores like marshals wall-mart etc. and can stage a home for the fraction of the price.

Again I have to ask, what is the strategy  of investing in nonperforming notes  in bulk ? is

The furniture tends to be smaller in size, so it makes all your rooms look bigger.

After 3 months, it is only the cost of the furniture rental.

Printing these in bulk is much cheaper.2.
