There are condos in Vegas casinos that they will rent out like hotel rooms when you don't use them. 

Recommend browsing the site and reading as much as you can on the entire process of identifying, evaluating, and running income properties.Just because you have the money available doesn't mean you should invest.Smart investors invest for cash flow or appreciation (or both), make money on the purchase (buying below market value, adding value via rehab if possible), and manage conservatively (being realistic with costs, expenses, rehab, etc.).

As i’m browsing through and reading the different topics.

I'm assuming you're just buying the property only, and not the laundromat or any other business in the center.I can't speak to what a good cap rate is in your area, but you should be able to speak with a broker or even browse around online to find out if it's in the ballpark for that area.

@Jaime Pinedo, I hear very little about OK but lots of growth just north of Lake Texoma due to massive casinos.

Many times guests tell me why they are coming to stay, maybe it's to visit their son in the military, maybe it's the local casinos, or used to live here as a child and I want to add those personalized touches to their note that they see when they walk in.
