I find the people barely qualifying for accredited investor status they want max pref to keep the money working on take less upside on back end.

Funny enough, I am making more money than I ever had but I am barely lendable due to Credit Score impacted by purchases & my high DTI. 

Above everything I have already stated, it's also home to The Ohio state university, headquarters for L-brands (Bath and Body Works, victoria secret, and Pink), White castle, Wendys, and the new Chipotle headquarters is being finished up downtown.

  $75,000 is barely high enough for many lenders and is my company's minimum loan amount.
