Lending in Orlando, FL
Hello BP,
New investor here, looking at investing in Orlando, FL and I'm not sure if lenders would do 50-60k loan. I know the loan amount is quite small so some lenders may not be willing to do the work. We could probably gather enough cash for the project ourselves but don't want to burn everything that we have. Anyone have any experience on this? Any information would be helpful! Also, if there's any other creative ways to finance this project that would be amazing. Thanks!
