Core Furniture was providing leased furniture and washer and dryer as part of the ALE solutions arrangement. 

I found it on Zillow right as it came on the market so luckily we were able to arrange a tour of the property a couple days before the open house. 

@Amna MalikTo add to the above...The listing agent is the one who has the contractual arrangement to list the property for sale. 

What city is it in and are you using a rent by the room arrangment or is it being used as a halfway house?

Last tenants had actually lost the only copy of the key and had to pay for a replacement of the lock from the postal service, but that's a small nightmare to arrange, so I made copies: one for each student, plus one for me, with the original staying in town with my parents. 

This is a good arrangement in that there's no long term expectation from either of us that the other one needs to keep up deal flow etc.

Will the money partner be able to protect his/her interest through a security arrangement in the property or in other property?

Hi All,I'm looking to start inverting in Raleigh/Durham area and had question regarding broker arrangements.

We've been talking about joint venturing on a property together (50/50 or 60/40, however we can make it work) and I'm trying to figure out a way to arrange this with their 1031, but I'm not sure if they are allowed to partner with individuals outside of their LLC or how that could work.
