Thanks in advance for tips!!

We partner with a lot of organizations that help certain individuals whether it be re entry programs, addiction programs, section 8, mental health organizations etc. with that a large number of our residents receive some type of subsidy and most are not section 8.

I am in Alaska, the dark winters just aren't manageable for me anymore so I decide for mental health reasons its best to relocate.

Hi everyone, thank you all in advance for your help with this! 

They look for basic health and safety issues, and the Section 8 office has a phamphlet with their requirements. 

I just listed it up on airbnb and have had 5 requests to book already - given 3 were for last weekend and I was not prepared for that, so denied all of them and set a 7 day advance notice.
