I also think that Ames Lakes, Duvall and Fall City are going to be on the uptick for Redmond Individuals, as Parkplace gets redeveloped we are going to see a surge of Eastside Tech Boom and people wanting to live outside of Seattle City Limits.

SR is pretty NICE as you know .I like MI there are some beautiful places there no doubt especially up state and of course if your into boating your surrounded by the great lakes.
