Substantial no-show percentages for those, 40-60%.I also tell applicants when setting up the showing that I will text them 1 hour before and, if I don't hear back within 20 minutes, I won't be there.The thing that really irks and puzzles me about all of it is, in this day and age, it is SO quick and easy for an applicant to cancel a showing they aren't going to attend with a text message.
