I am a newbie based on Atlanta and as many of you have some capital to invest and looking to get into multifamily but puzzled by all the buzzword on contracts and legal documents, is there any kind of real state dictionary available?  I know that with time I will get to know most of the terms but when checking deals I find some terminology that gets me off track it will be nice to have a site or book I can check when in doubt ?
