It is quite an odd plot of land as there is a random driveway so I assume it used to serve as an extra parking lot or maybe a trailer home in the past. 

It's all a gamble but I like my odds in real-estate and not with the casino. 

It's still possible they vacate but reduces the odds over regular office.You also need to compare in place rent versus what market rent you are targeting.There is more work in regular office and it's not for me.

You can ask the agent but the odds of getting the actual answer if it is for a bad reason are next to none.

It’s an odd situation- I wouldn’t expect a tenant to mess with dampers at the air handler, but crazier things have happened.

Odds are good the lazy owner will never do an eviction, so that needs to come off the table.

We are currently working in the triplex and when we purchased the property, everything was a little odd.

Also, the opening of the staircase underneath is 134" but this website is calculating 176" to the base of the stringer which means the staircase will oddly have dead floor space under it.
