,but...It seems the work would probably be grandfathered in due to the age of the structure and the length of time since the addition was added..In MS code enforcement on old homes seems to be pretty lax..

I think this is very much overlooked when running pro forma's on out of state in vesting.Especially for those in CA.. were they are usually investing somewhere around or east of the Mississippi River.
