There is an unexplainable amount of power in going on Biggerpockets, Facebook, Instagram, & ESPECIALLY LinkedIn and just looking for people that are in the field you want to get into, connecting with them, and sending them a private message telling them a little about what you do and that you would love to connect and hear their story.

The YouTube and Instagram influencers who say it's easy to "Just BRRRR your way to wealth using Other People's Money and I quit my W2 job in 3 years at the age of 30 and I have passive income, etc" I wish people would stop listening to that garbage and talk to investors who have been doing this for 20+ years. 

I heard about this instagram but don't know much about it.

I also had several social media campaigns running on Facebook and Instagram.

He's active on Instagram and other forums, too.

I can see parallels between cold calling and Facebook and Instagram these days.

Start a kickstarter, post on Facebook, Instagram. 4) Just save the money.

I also run The Like Minded Investors Community on Instagram and host a virtual monthly meetup on the third Thursday of the month! 

Just go read some of his stuff on home ownership or follow him on Instagram, where he talks about this very stance of grants, at length.
