It may not be an investment that some posters here on BP would make, but it beats the heck out of buying fantasy numbers on a piece of paper decorated with cupcakes and rainbows and it sure beats hanging out doing nothing because your first deal didn't work out.

@Jasmine Hu It's been my experience that bedroom rates for old houses are similar to new construction and sometimes more if they're really close to the bars/football stadium.
