There is a football team called the Panthers.

Years ago I had the fantasy of buying a small mixed use bldg in the city with a laundromat.

It's like they have a fantasy with the fabric of the thought, and can't fathom why people don't.

It may not be an investment that some posters here on BP would make, but it beats the heck out of buying fantasy numbers on a piece of paper decorated with cupcakes and rainbows and it sure beats hanging out doing nothing because your first deal didn't work out.  

@Jasmine Hu It's been my experience that bedroom rates for old houses are similar to new construction and sometimes more if they're really close to the bars/football stadium.

I used to coach college football and have been to Missoula to take down the griz haha But yes Montana is God’s country!

*Real* football is often played in snow ... it just adds to the ambiance :)

I am planning to start renting the condo I owned, and, in this area, right across the street from the football stadium, I will most likely attract college students.
