Make sure the utility companies know your the owner, and any disconnection notice also needs to go you, so you can be made aware so the property remains protected.

Most home we can take down in 48 hours of the permit but some times you have to let the city disconnect the gas ,electric and maybe water get a public space permit for your cans if its not on your property get letters for abject neighbors informing them of the work so not as easy as getting a back hoe and a few cans to make it happen. a few factors if your friend get hurt if Miss utility mark that the power is off and it is still on did that before that cause us a problem and we do this on a regular base.Most places you have to get a demo permit make sure all utilities are off and if you still want to go for it, if it is touching another house no way to much risk get a pro.

That is why books, videos,etc. online and then training events in one room to a bunch of people makes scaling work.Sometimes if you have limited funds there might be an older investor who is local to your area that doesn't need money and is bored and wants to mentor someone who reminds them of themselves.Bigger Pockets is great because it is a depository of shared information that others access on their timeline.There is a disconnect between what is expected for paying 500,1,000, or even more for a course.The person paying it sees it as a bunch of their money and this person training them should be accessible 24/7 to help make them a success.
