O.K. as I am sure many of you know, the closing process after the PSA is signed is fast with a lot of folks and tasks.What is your favorite tech to use to assist with closing workflow/process automation?

Consider Joint Ventures, You lend your credit profile and operations experience if needed, in exchange you get a fee + % of profit over a certain amount.

I provide one when I work with someone on a Joint Venture.

Or if you run into a wholesaler while do that you could always JV or joint venture with them assuming that they have buyers.

Some of our clients are good with software and invest in private software ventures.

Initially I was leaning towards turnkey, especially after seeing so many videos and listening to podcasts by a certain TK provider who I’m starting to notice isn’t too popular on these forums... but I’m also reading comments by people who have ventured out “on their own” and it’s starting to seem less impossible to do it that way.

I’m willing to venture out a bit, but I don’t have the time to go all out into a new career.

I then got away from real estate when I started another venture that included an investor.
