Good Morning Everyone, New real estate investor who has  a property under contract and is looking to trade ideas on potential routes property can take.

Gold, Bitcoin, stocks, bonds, and investing in businesses, are all things people believe will help them generate wealth and protect against a down-turn.

That way you can learn the trade from someone who understands it (without having to re-invent the wheel), while at the same time leaving your own finances out of it.

I have mixed feelings about them as do many seattlites,  but generally speaking they are more organized and better managed than the currently available alternative  (tents,  broken down RV or cars,  or piles of cardboard)   ---   I'd trade a larger tiny house village  for an equal reduction in the number of "unsanctioned" campers in an equal radius of my home  (and investments)  any day.That said,   I do disagree with the "low barrier" ones (which allow drug use/etc). 

I would trade 2 hours of euphoria coming from Journey/Def concert any day for a lifetime of lessons and advice from these two real estate giants.

But there were times I was so tired physically and mentally I HAD to have my friends in certain trades do some work, and they gave me huge breaks on prices.

Cash flow is great, but plan on selling in 3-5 years to trade up into A-class rentals.
