If you have a specific named restaurant interested you can build to suit; otherwise you can move forward with planning and tailor it to a specific tenant later on.

One of our guys uses this and likes it....)Several of our guys use Top Producer which is tailored to real estate (focused on agents of course) and really not that expensive ($85/mo) once you get to the level where you actually need a CRM.But honestly, one of our guys will do several hundred grand this year and they have no CRM.

Basically I take each specific scenario and tailor it to the lender that is going to offer the best deal given what we have to work with.

That's especially true for men, I think.Dress professionally in a well-tailored suit.

People try to appeal to as many potential renters as possible rather than tailoring their marketing to a smaller group that holds the best potential for a "yes."

So I'll be looking into using different cards instead more tailored to my client's situation and not just have a general letter like mine and try to take a stab at this blindly.In conclusion, I will be unloading the last of my signs and hoping for the best.
