Fast forward 5 weeks they relist the property at 95K at 9pm, we come in at full asking at 9am the following morning,  2 days later we get an email yes we accept your offer if you accept our terms.  17 minutes later we respond yes we accept your terms.  2 days after that they get in touch with our realtor and say that in that span of 17 minutes they had another offer and that we need to submit a best and final offer by 2pm the next day,  we come back immediately with an offer.
