good tip, why I never think of this before.

Would just like to reach out to the community for any advice or tips on getting funding to help with the project.I know typical banks will not lend for spec builds.I have completed other small Developements ( duplexes, triplex etc)I have about 20% to put into the project and the market is very strong. 

Then, think of only buying houses etc. in the fire zones that are made out of concrete and steel and cinder blocks, without asphalt or wooden shingles.

Any tips/ shares would be appreciated. 

Also would appreciate any tips about how to find and keep tenant in long run.
