Do they tell you that you can wait for days for cops to show up to take a report that probably won't make it back to the station?

Corey's most recent venture involves rehabbing a gas station in San Diego.  

I have looked through many of the house hacking related articles, but I havent seen anybody mention if they make a calculation adjustment for if you are house hacking.What I was looking for would be something in the rental property calculator that also takes into account the rent you are currently paying before you move into the multi-family you are about to purchase.For a little background on my situation, I am looking to buy in the Denver area near a light rail station.

It is on a main road next to a large, busy service station.

I didn't find him in the local police stations and I'm surprised none of his workers (college aged guys) haven't come for their things either.

One is at the Westwood in Westfield, NJ at 6pm and the other is at The Station also in Westfield, NJ at 7pm.

From what I can tell, street parking is hard to come by, and worse so on game days.If and when I buy another Maryland property, and if I decide to bother with Baltimore (I'm tempted to stick a little closer to home) I might look a little closer to the areas north of Penn Station, or stick with Pigtown.I like Pigtown.

C4 may only allow gas stations with underground tanks.In my example, if something you are looking at is currently zoned C3 but is currently being used as a bank, you know that you can convert it to multifamily of course with zoning's approval.
