It is also easier to just pull out a credit card instead of having to deal with cash...I know some will argue that this ease of use is dangerous due to the potential to spend money that i don't actually have...but rest assured, my social awkwardness far outweighs my urge to spend money when I do make it out of the house.

For the last four years we had a stable economy, unemplyment keeps getting lower, continued low interest rates (anything below 8% is low) and a social trend towards renting (although millenials have started buying as of late).

Stalk social media like no other, if you don't find them first by their name/number/email, check their references and find them that way, some people do fake names...   

I totally agree with you, that no matter how much we do things online these days, nothing can replace face to face meetings and other social activities.

There's no hustle needed anymore, no marketing needed, and just a bunch of physical work and way too many customer inquiries (a weird thing for an entrepreneur to say, I had a mini third-life crisis coming to terms with admitting that at first) . 

Walk, knock and talk, Direct mail, Social Media... etc...

I think the last social in the Salt Lake Valley was a month ago?
