Basically you have to funnel money around to use these accounts for anything other than simply savings.They promoted their move from Blue Ridge Bank to Thread as one that would allow for Bill Pay, but it hasn't happened. 

Is there a good calculator to determine whether it is financially better to rent it or sell it?

You simply need to decide your niche - apartments or fast food or whatever, then learn it.

But before that, I want to know what is a good way to determine my purchasing power.

Hi Biggerpockets community, I’ve been hooked to real estate investment lately and determined to buy the first property in the next 6 months.

The thing that makes gold and FIAT valuable is simply belief, trust.

I’d simply seek a variance and see if it’s still doable. 

Buy/hold vs resign/source tenant + refi/flip has yet to be determined.

I don't want to have any issues with folks that have allergies, especially those that have severe ones that can cause serious issues.Another thing is can't simply don't care...about anything...or anyone.
