They are relaying information over as you get it to them, and unfortunately it seems all ther pertinant information gets lost in translation.On some occasions I have been able to figure out who the investor is and make direct contact, this often has a very positive result, but is a painful, arduous task (biggest issue if you figure out who it is will be getting the proper authorizations, works better with smaller banks and hard money lenders)

There are some things which may need to be upgraded within the next 5 years:Siding - currently there is masonite siding which is prone to deteriorate over time; Probably needs to be pained in a few years and there are some spots which are damaged.

It was a bailout situation, though they actually kept the contract up for two years before the guy lost his job and they missed payments.Anyhow, the investor holding it is being a pain in the neck and I need a little leverage.
