I had 3 guys in there for a 2 month lease in late October (company paid for). 18 days into their lease I discovered pot and smoking going on in the house and on property. 

The $10K bench mark is 2-3 buddies getting together and pooling their beer money for a down payment on a duplex.Find something a bit more "standard" before engaging in micro-lending.  

Including first floor units; What I mean by that is that within the walkway, some first floor units also have chairs, benches, toys, hoses, shrubs that also equate to a “tripping hazard” To me it seem they’re singling me out: “you need to move it, people are tripping over it” I am completely respectful of other people’s comfort within the walkway and I went as far as to measure what area is underneath the patio perimeter of the twin unit above me, and I sawed off a partition of the legs.

<1500 sqft, you oughta be fine with gable vents (often the screened openings at the left and right sides of the home if you’re facing it from the street), 1500+ sqft should have some combination of soffit, gable, pot, and ridge ventilation, but too much ventilation can actually become self defeating.

They put up signs (sometimes) that a pot hole exists and those signs have been there for years.

Hey @Alexandre Cournoyer,There are a few different types of foreclosures in Alberta ie; bank owned, Judicial sale, Court of Queens bench.

I have had bad experiences for not stopping the Pot right away.
