I'm new to the real estate investing scene but I'm currently looking for my first house hack!

Airbnb and  others, can allow a near virtual behind the scenes hotel at a fraction of the overhead the aforementioned 30-50 staff hotels.

I am new to the investing scene and I'm looking for a title company who is familiar with assignment contracts/double closings in the Dayton OH area. if anyone has any advice as to find a company or companies they are already familiar with I would love to hear any!

I’ll plan to rent for the year and then reassess options as ideally I’d like to leave Austin but the tech scene may keep me here. 

We hired a professional muralist to create a scene form the Repunzel movie as well as add some 3D effects such as a tree with leaves and lanterns that hang from the ceiling.

I need to scour the off market scene a bit more I believe.

My current attorney, the buyers attorney and my attorney from when I bought the house are apparently all working on this behind the scenes to get it rectified, but I don't seem to hear much about what is happening and it is taking forever.
