Downtown Mount Dora (Lake Co.) in particular is a great STR market which is just 40 mins north of Orlando and still within a quite straight shot to Disney down the SR-429 toll road. 

Historic downtown Mount Dora FL is a really cool historic area with a huge demand for STR year-round. 

There water meter attachments you can buy that measures the amount of hot and or cold water you can put on the pipes that are going to their fixtures.. but I would bet it's a leak.. the water departments usually give you a one time break in that case   hire a plumber to do a pressure test starting at the meter 

It would be really creative to have an STR in Gatlinburg and have a Gatlin gun mounted on the back porch for a shooting range. 

I've read before on here about having a plumber come out to do a pressure test on the water/gas lines and electricians bringing out generators to test electrical.

Now if it were something like punching holes in the walls or kicking the water closet loose from the mounting bolts, etc...that's something different. 

I may already have the wheel mounted for the base in question.... 

Glad to hear you were able to get them out, but it sounds like you may have caved to their relentless pressure. 

They then injected foam to fill gaps and further raise the foundation a total of 5 inches while adding more pressure to the helical piers.

However, especially for assignments, I would discourage you to make any moves as the condo market 1- has had an incredible run which in a lot of people's opinion is not backed by any fundamentals and 2- the amount of supply that's going to be available in 2022-2024 is incredible and WILL have a downward pressure on rents/valuation.
