This one was a hoarder house, we cleaned out the entire property, new flooring throughout, new paint throughout, new kitchen (cabinets, stainless steel appliances, drop in sink, granite countertops), new bathroom (vanity, mirror, tub, tile surround), lots of landscaping, roof repair, some new windows / sliding door.

More than knowing definitions, it will be important to understand context.A great way to practice using them appropriately is to create flash cards and with the word on one side, the definition on the other, and when you draw a card you use it in a sentence or try to explain it to yourself in front of a mirror or on camera.

Replace the mirrors and side lights in the bathrooms. 

Maybe I'm wrong and the mirror doesn't challenge your motives because they are pure??

You might want to look in the mirror.    

Because it's a lot easier to justify their own bad acts (in their mind) when they make up reasons that the other person is "wrong", than it is to look in the mirror and say, "Huh, I'm a really terrible/deadbeat person."

Looks like the mirrors at the Fun House at the fair....everything is curved and distorted...... my first reaction as an applicant would be WTF is up here?

This is a no brainer...terminate the management agreement and hire the guy you see in the mirror every morning.
