@William Coet, good question. First off, props for showing the initiative to learn the lingo and vocabulary so that you are able to communicate more professionally.

I highly recommend taking in as much text as possible -- any and all books on commercial real estate, development, RE investing, etc. One book that may cover most of the terms you need to know is the "Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book" by my fellow TTU alum and Red Raider, Joe Fairless. Listen on 2x speed and soak up as much as you can. More than knowing definitions, it will be important to understand context.

A great way to practice using them appropriately is to create flash cards and with the word on one side, the definition on the other, and when you draw a card you use it in a sentence or try to explain it to yourself in front of a mirror or on camera. I use a white board with definitions and an example of the math. That's probably old school but it help with the retention.

Start with books and podcasts.  Tons of great ones out there.  Then once you have the base knowledge and guidance of which path you want to take in real estate, you can expand your knowledge with more niche courses and mentoring programs.

You'll learn a ton of terms by just continuing to analyze deals. Anytime you see a term or acronym you don't know, Google it. If you see it over and over again it'll start to stick. Just like with most things the 80/20 rule applies here, 20% of the lingo is used 80% of the time so you'll start to get the hang of it pretty quick
