It's a multifamily built in 1963 with galvanized pipes and I currently have two tenants on the 1st and 2nd floor.

It is very dependent on your place, location, and target guest, but I have built my properties' social following to almost 50,000 followers, with 65% direct bookings from that.

I have   maybe 10 of them but I also built 35 new builds and have one going right now.very competitive market  but aren't they all.

It is a 100 year old purpose built apartment building which was considered high end in the early 1900s, with butlers' quarters in the basement of the building, and each apartment boasting 1400 sq ft / 2 beds / 1.5 baths and maids' quarters in the back.  

We purchase it with seller financing and we built a caretaker’s house and popped the top adding an additional story to the house.

If I could turn back time, I would have started investing earlier, leveraged financing more wisely, diversified my portfolio, understood ownership costs better, and built a robust network sooner.Now, I’d love to hear from you!

I believe it’s important to address these two items separately: First, there  are still ways to find out the identify of the member(s) behind the LLC and secondly these anonymity strategies do not actually shield liability because claims are still brought regardless of whether the members of the LLC are identifiable.
