Decide on your cable/internet company, (have your agent ask if the seller can transfer the current service if it's one you like), if they won't transfer, call your favorite provider and ask if they service that address and set it up3.

I'd concentrate on putting every dollar of rental income you bring in, not to mention a decent portion of your outside savings, to pay this down.

Then low-cost computers and the Internet changed everything.

It is usually better to do that face-to-face rather than over the Internet. 

Anything you find for sale on the internet like Facebook, Craig’s list, etc is likely going to be garbage.

Also, there is a massive risk around concentrating your finances with one company.

That's what you should be concentrating on. 

For my investors, I'm concentrating on Buy and Hold. 

I am a long term buy and hold investor and concentrate my energy on keeping my properties fully occupied with market rents.
