Where do I find my buyers

I moved your topic to the wholesaling forum since your question revolves around that topic as opposed to rehabbing.
To answer your question, in today’s competitive market, finding buyers is not the problem, finding actual deals with enough meat on the bone is the hurdle. I disagree with most of the above. Anything you find for sale on the internet like Facebook, Craig’s list, etc is likely going to be garbage. If you have a real deal, there are hundreds (or even thousands) of legit buyers in your area ready and willing. I do agree above with going to your local real estate meetups and I definitely agree with looking up public records to find properties that were purchased in entities for all cash. Find multiple with the same entity and you have a cash buyer.
