I figure it might be the only way I get some moose steak.

We enjoyed some Brazilian grilled meats and talked about what he does with his rural mobile home properties.  

If it seems like you're grilling, interviewing, or interrogating, the seller is going to shut you down.

Looked at buying a Steak N Shake, other businesses etc. but it's just too time consuming etc. 

In EVERY instance you are sold the sizzle, but not the steak.  

Home values are lower and rental rates are lower than what we have built our company managing so we do not buy there.We do not manage or invest in Orange Mound, but I'll grab lunch at the Orange Mound Grill anytime.  

I had to push the last one out but have September locked in for 7pm for anyone who wants to come, it will be at the same location-Cheers bar and grill in Renton, again upstairs. 

Check that grill!

My partner steve he just blasted up the road.. for him a cooler with Salmon He caught from the river running through his Ranch or the Elk jerky or fresh elk steaks that he shot or Salmon Candy that he smoked.. and a big smile.the toughest ones were actually the greenies.. anti logging.. those folks could be pretty hostile ..  

You’d be shocked at how often a bond over golf, football, steak, or music can get you to the closing table.
