Tore off every closet door, kicked holes in the walls, ripped towel racks off the walls, cut holes in screens, flooded out the laundry room, left pink magic marker all over the carpet in the downstairs family room, stole two new rugs. 

:-/I used to have a gorgeous pomegrante tree and 3 citrus trees.  

The exterior is a light pink color and fading/peeling.

Examples of requests that I reject:   I want a ceiling fan, I want a fence around the property, I want my daughter's room painted pink, etc..   

If I’ve got a concrete floor I’m going to do a wood look 6x48 tile at $2psf plus labor (usually all in at 5-6 psf and it effectively lasts forever - I’m often removing the fugly 30 year old pink 12x12 tiles in perfect condition.) or vinyl plank (life proof or similar).

I’m interested in tiny homes, I think they are just gorgeous and cost efficient!

Way better than pink with burgundy, which I've seen multiple times here.

I just wholesaled a house in cute King Salmon area of Eureka to another investor, 3 bed 2 bath 1300 sqft on the beach with gorgeous ocean views, ARV was  195k and my buyer paid 93k.

The home is gorgeous and it appears to be almost done (there was a crew working).

Its a gorgeous log cabin with surrounding willow trees and wrap around porch.
