Supplier is in Dalton, so add $75 to have it delivered or plan to drive up to pick it up.So, about $9/sy (or $1 per square foot), which includes labor and materials.

He was saying $95 to $110 per sq foot would be the low-end of the spectrum, but almost certainly enough to replace the no frills rentals we own.Are there standard numbers out there?

But, if you initially suggested they start their lease on the 1st and didn't want to accept that date and now suddenly they want to move in sooner, TODAY, they are not starting the relationship off on the right foot.
