I had five offers but I had to move, I couldn’t take any chances, so .. the inconvenience fell on me- In selling my home I wouldn’t THINK of asking for 60 days, not when people are paying cash and houses don’t stay on the market. it would “probably” be fine but my fears would be “what if they can’t find a place”?
