For now, just stalk your market and be cautious.

I guess the processes of getting the deals thru to closing.or maybe just the fear of doing something wrong.

I fear the what-ifs in this scenario. 

I love the idea of starting to invest in real estate now but I fear I am going to make a mistake if I do it on my own. 

I had five offers but I had to move, I couldn’t take any chances, so .. the inconvenience fell on me- In selling my home I wouldn’t THINK of asking for 60 days, not when people are paying cash and houses don’t stay on the market. it would “probably” be fine but my fears would be “what if they can’t find a place”?

Too many landlords fear the impression they may give tenants when in reality you make all the decisions and their opinion does not count.

I have no fear, a strategic mindset, ambitious go getter, and hungry to succeed, all in all, I like to get things done, if you feel my skill sets suits your needs, let's put our talents and strengths together and do the impossible!

My biggest fear is that I will get swept up in the process and overpay so it's nice to hear that others have overpaid and stayed in the game! 

Look over the various due diligence documents and make recommendations on the pros and cons of buying a particular not  or is a lawyer the best way.There are some many legal stages of a notes journey I am fearful to loose because of legal loopholes
