To use an extreme hypothetical example, the Macy's judgment could have been for $250.00 and that interest in the property could have been used to redeem a $250,000 tax deed and cram down any other interested parties, including the owner.  

And is an extremely poor roof system for such a flat pitched roof.

Sounds extremely suspicious to put it very nicely. 

I think this will be more helpful to some OPs too because it seems that when we go on an attack that says or implies fraud the buyers of these mentorship’s become extremely defensive and feel a strong need to defend their (ridiculous) investment.
