After a while messing around with ChatGPT, you'll find that you can pickup on its writing style and can easily pick out who uses it for social media posts and emails.

I use excel and the county websites to easily lookup properties. 

I am not able to easily locate the owners name, but if I could, I would gladly get ahold of them.
