Are the drains in good condition?

Then he did not tell me the tub drain broke and water was pouring out under the tub. 

When I did the repairs on the bathroom I ran all new plumbing supply and drain lines to that room as well as to the kitchen.  

If I was going to re-use anything, I'd re-use the existing vent pipes, because they normally don't have any water in them, and install new pipe for the drains.  

Inadequate draining of storm water can cause huge problems!

The house across the street of mine had the toilets broken and cement pored down the drains.

I'm only 30, but I drained my 401k to buy all of my other properties in cash. 

IE criminal and credit checks....Credit is a credit check on the person.. to not do this I think is a mistake... people talk great game then you find out they have a pattern of not paying bills ... stiffing ex wife and child support etc.you make the call on credit what's important to you.that's basically it and of course buy title insurance with lender endorsement ALT A policy.Keep tabs on hazard insurance ( even will insure them myself and just charge them at payoff) and of course if your going over a year check on property tax's.If your doing rehab loans.. consider a hired inspector for 100 bucks an inspection and charge borrower.NO second or junior position lending ever .. just not worth the brain drain.. 

Thus, we would have to stay in our condo, which she was so excited to leave, at least for maybe another  year. i showed her the numbers, but i could see all the excitement she had yesterday quickly drain from her soul. i know the phrase happy wife happy life, but i cant get past the numbers.

The HWH should sit in a large  (not the junk which is just barely larger than the heater itself)  watertight drain pan.
