The old adage is that you "marry the property, but date the rate" meaning that you can refinance down the road to lower the rate if the opportunity arises.

@Oscar Canseco We’ve gone from where I was 8 years ago eating out 3-4 times a week to only having date night out once or twice a month.

They are serviced with a note/contract servicer which holds the original docs, receives and dispurses pmts, does the tax reporting and enforces the terms like late fees, early payoff penalties,  interest-only end dates, etc. 

I like that you can set up specific start and end dates/times for each code as well.

I'm wondering, has the tenant indicated that they will not help you with facilitating the repair date and time?
