Good luck with the renovations and working out in that heat, you might want to think about getting one of those wide brim straw hats and bring the shade with ya😉.

I would suggest a darker shade of granite to prevent any stains. 

There is a big list of other items including cleaning the curtains they balled up & stuck in a dusty corner, repairing a panel wall where he glued about 50 metal hat hooks for his ballcaps, ripped window shades, really dirty carpet (2 dogs, 2 toddlers).

There are many other varieties and shades on the market that looks just as good or better. 

Ice on the ground in the middle of the winter in Colorado, in a shaded alleyway, while it was snowing, imagine that.  

No carpet, all hardwood floors, nice back yard that is all fenced, and beautifully shaded in the summer.I am going to redo this listing today (new pics, raise prices, etc) so I think I will take a shot at the dog thing.

Darker e-juices can stain carpet if spilled, but this is probably less of a risk than a kid spilling juice on the carpet and can usually be cleaned out with some dish detergent.
