So I would like to get the opinion of some experienced investors.My goal is to buy (3) three to four multifamilies.I inherited a 3 family fully paid off and own my current home.Between the two I have roughly 550-600k in home equity.  

However, I cannot find any court cases where this is currently being challenged.

I'm really excited about the potential of investing in residential multifamily properties with my dad, who's willing to contribute the initial funds.We're currently working on getting our financial house in order, paying off debt, and building a solid nest egg.

Currently down to studs with plumbing going in.

Currently the lot is too small within the current U-TU-B zoning.

Even if the HOA currently allows rentals, it’s worth attending HOA meetings or reviewing their amendment history.
